Wine Valley Golf Club located in Walla Walla, the heart of Washington state’s acclaimed wine country,
is the region’s first golf club community and resort course.
Wine Valley features an 18-hole golf course that winds over and through the rolling hills formed by ancient glacial deposits.
The course offers wide views of the surrounding valley, with the Blue Mountains on the horizon.
Additional planned amenities include a clubhouse, with restaurant, wine tasting areas, health and fitness facilities,
swimming pool, tennis courts and an outdoor activities area.
The master plan for the 650-acre community includes a range of homesites, from half-acre lifestyle homes
to 2+ acres for single-family homesites. Some of the lifestyle homes may feature joint ownership as an option.
A network of trails will intertwine through the community and out into the adjacent open land.
